Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Xelocorp, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a cancellation and refund policy under certain conditions.
Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund for certain products purchased on Xelocorp within 10 days from the date of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:
- The product purchased is marked as eligible for refund at the time of purchase.
- You request the refund within the 10-day period from the purchase date.
- The product must be unused, and all licensing or usage terms must not have been violated.
Refund Process
To initiate a refund, you must contact us at info@xelocorp.com within 10 days of your purchase. Include the following information:
- Order number or purchase reference.
- Product name and details.
- Reason for the refund request.
Once we receive your request, we will review the details and process the refund within 5–7 business days. Please note that the refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, and the transaction fees (if applicable) will not be refunded.
Non-Refundable Products
Certain products are non-refundable. These products will be clearly indicated as “non-refundable” at the time of purchase. Once purchased, these products cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Examples of non-refundable products may include:
- Digital downloads that have been accessed or used.
- Custom-built services or tailored digital products.
- Subscription services, once the billing cycle has started (unless otherwise specified).
Canceling Services
If you wish to cancel a subscription or service, you may do so by contacting us at info@xelocorp.com. Please note that if the cancellation request is made within the first 10 days of your subscription, you may be eligible for a refund, depending on the specific product and conditions outlined above. If you cancel after 10 days, the charges for the remainder of the billing cycle may apply.
Refund Amount
The refund amount will be equal to the amount paid for the product/service, minus any applicable transaction fees or charges associated with the purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as possible, but please allow 5–7 business days for the payment to be reflected in your account.
Exceptions
Xelocorp reserves the right to refuse refunds or cancellations in cases where:
- The product has been used, activated, or downloaded beyond the allowed time.
- The refund request is made after the 10-day refund window.
- The product is marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
- You have violated the terms and conditions outlined in our Terms of Service.
